Paying for an evaluation never guarantees approval. Your clinician's independent professional judgment comes first. If your clinician determines that ESA documentation is not clinically appropriate, our platform refund policy applies.

Platform Refund Standard:

If the evaluating clinician independently determines following clinical intake that an emotional support animal accommodation is not clinically indicated for your condition, you will receive a refund in accordance with the stated platform policy:

[FINAL REFUND POLICY TO BE INSERTED BEFORE LAUNCH: Standard policy provides a refund of the evaluation fee minus a nominal administrative processing fee if the client is deemed ineligible following clinical intake.]

Appointments may also be rescheduled or cancelled with full credit up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

No. Our pricing is 100% one-time. We never enroll clients into automatic monthly charges or sneaky recurring subscriptions.
No. Payment covers the clinical evaluation time and platform services. Independent licensed mental health professionals make all clinical decisions based strictly on diagnostic criteria and personal clinical assessment.
Standard landlord verification through our online portal and support desk is included at no additional cost with your evaluation. If your landlord requires complex, extensive property-specific questionnaires, standard administrative review policies apply without exorbitant surprise charges.
