At ESASupport.us, we maintain strict privacy-conscious standards for personal information and clinical intake data. We understand that information regarding your mental health, daily living impairments, and housing circumstances is deeply personal.
2. Strict Separation of Clinical Health Data from Marketing Tools
In accordance with privacy standards and ethical telehealth architecture:
- We NEVER transmit your clinical assessment answers, symptoms, or mental health questionnaire responses to third-party marketing platforms (including Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok, or advertising networks).
- We NEVER serialize mental health intake answers into browser URL query strings, advertising tags, or web referrers.
- We NEVER expose clinical intake fields to commercial session replay scripts.
- Marketing analytics on our public informational pages are strictly restricted to anonymous site navigation metrics and are kept completely isolated from authenticated patient clinical files.
3. Information We Collect
Account & Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, mailing address, and payment information (processed via PCI-compliant payment gateways; full card numbers are never stored on our servers).
Clinical Intake Information: Information you choose to provide regarding your housing situation, companion animal, emotional symptoms, functional life impact, and prior care. This information is shared exclusively with your evaluating clinician for clinical assessment.
4. Landlord Verification Disclosure Safeguards
When a housing provider or landlord uses our verification portal to verify document authenticity, our system displays ONLY verification metadata: confirmation of active document status, issue date, clinician licensing credential, and state jurisdiction. Specific diagnoses, symptoms, assessment answers, or clinical therapy notes are strictly confidential and are NEVER disclosed to landlords.
5. Security Safeguards
We employ 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all web connections and encrypt data at rest. Access to clinical records is restricted solely to authorized clinical practitioners and essential technical support personnel under strict non-disclosure obligations.
6. Your Privacy Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal contact information at any time by contacting our Privacy Office at privacy@esasupport.us, subject to statutory healthcare record retention requirements under state law.
