1. Telehealth Platform Nature & Role

ESASupport.us operates as a technology and telehealth matching platform. ESASupport.us does not provide mental health treatment or clinical diagnosis directly, and is not a medical clinic or law firm. The platform connects clients with independent, licensed mental health professionals authorized to practice in their respective jurisdictions.

2. Independent Clinical Judgment & No Guaranteed Issuance

No Guarantee of Approval: Payment for an evaluation covers the professional clinician's time, credential review, and clinical consultation. Payment does not constitute the purchase of an ESA letter. The evaluating clinician exercises independent clinical judgment and is solely responsible for determining whether housing accommodation documentation is clinically appropriate.

3. Truthfulness & Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during your intake and clinical consultation. Willful misrepresentation of a disability or fraudulent statements to obtain assistance animal accommodations may violate state and federal laws (including Florida Statutes § 760.27 and California Penal Code § 365.7).

4. Housing Accommodation Legal Limitations

Documentation issued through our platform is intended for residential housing accommodation requests under the Fair Housing Act. It is not legal counsel. While housing providers are generally obligated to grant reasonable accommodations under the FHA, certain statutory exemptions may apply to specific private landlords or dwellings.

5. Air Travel Disclaimer

In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals for commercial airline travel. Our platform does not issue service dog documentation or airline travel certificates.
